Roles and Responsibilities

	Description
Position Role	- FE FRIDGE MAINT
	Responsibilities The below are primary generic duties.
1	Provide Electrical Assistance and Expertise as required by Delivery Managers.
2	Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification of refrigeration equipment on Ships and Submarines.
3	Manage and lead Small Teams in Repair/Maintenance of ME Submarine Equipment.
4	Ensure all tasks undertaken are carried out IAW current safety and quality regulations.
5	Instruct and supervise subordinate team members through OJT and process all documentation required to complete tasks.
6	Liaise with other Fleet Engineering Trades/Ships Staff where necessary.
7	Carry out divisional responsibilities as laid down in BR3.
8	To fulfil duty responsibilities as prescribed by SFS Resource Office.
9	Any other tasking commensurate and appropriate to level and organisational requirements.
