MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical oncology team in a 0.5 FTE shift-based role supporting weekend coverage. This position focuses on triage symptom management and inpatient support providing vital continuity of care for oncology patients while offering a predictable schedule and meaningful worklife balance.

Puyallup offers a balance that many providers seek: a community-oriented environment with easy access to the amenities of the Puget Sound region. Located approximately 20 minutes from Tacoma and under an hour from Seattle providers enjoy shorter commutes established neighborhoods excellent schools and convenient access to the outdoors.

Tiered Compensation based on APP YOE:
0-4 YOE: $85500.00
5-9 YOE: $88200.00
10 YOE: $90900.00

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130461.00 - $176947.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education.
