Job Summary

Senior Paralegal Dublin

A leading global aviation company is seeking a Paralegal to join its legal team in Dublin. This role will support a wide range of aircraft leasing financing and transactional legal work across international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support aircraft purchase sale lease and finance transactions from start to finish.
Coordinate with internal legal teams and external counsel.
Draft corporate authorities and legal documentation.
Manage document execution bank account openings and transaction files.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical finance accounting and marketing.
Assist with corporate legal projects and special assignments.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in law business or related field.
Experience in a legal or corporate environment.
Strong organisation communication and project-management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Word Excel Adobe Acrobat and willingness to learn new systems.
