Job Summary
Unit Role: Reserve War Fighting Infantry Light Role Unit .
Position Role: Responsible for the training administration development of soldiers in a Rifle platoon both in barracks on exercise and on operations.
Responsibilities:
- Command Pl as per Unit s objectives and mission.
- Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
- Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
- Career management of all personnel under their command.
- Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC.
- Responsible for health safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
- Be prepared to conduct any further tasks as designated by the CoC or OC.
