HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care.
Your Role:
- Assume direct and indirect responsibility for the patients care environment.
- The primary responsibility is to provide care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
- Provide leadership mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination and delegation of care in a safe secure and clean environment.
- Care provided displays respect for the patients rights dignity values confidentiality and expressed needs.
- Be adaptable using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Required Experience:
- No previous experience required
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5 years experience as RN
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
- Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.
