dormakaba is on the lookout for Production Scheduler who will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to ensure timely and efficient product delivery aligned with overall supply chain strategy. This role collaborates closely with procurement manufacturing and logistics teams to optimize production workflow and meet customer demand. This role acts as the link between front end procurement and manufacturing ensuring smooth execution of the production plan.

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
- Monitor production progress daily and adjust schedules to address delays equipment breakdowns or priority changes.
- Analyze capacity and lead times to balance workload and optimize production flow.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm delivery dates and manage schedule changes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning scheduling and production efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on production performance capacity utilization and adherence to schedule.
- Identify risks to on-time delivery and proactively propose corrective actions.
- Ensure ERP systems are updated with accurate and current production data.
An experience that matters: your skills
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Operations Management or related field.
- Experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles production processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills English B2.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
