Their vision is to remain the preferred NDIS nursing and disability care provider for individuals and families across are currently expanding their Perth Metro nursing team and seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who shares their commitment to dignity clinical quality and participant-centred support.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality nursing care to participants across community and residential settings. Each day will be different with visits scheduled efficiently across up to 3 clustered Perth Metro homes.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting nursing assessments and delivering comprehensive clinical care
  • Assessing new participants and collaborating with the Service Delivery Lead on care planning
  • Training supporting and mentoring support workers to ensure safe high-quality participant care
  • Developing and maintaining accurate nursing documentation support plans and assessments
  • Promoting participants skill development learning and positive behaviour strategies
  • Ensuring full compliance with clinical safety and NDIS standards
  • Participating in team routines safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting medication administration and adhering to all WHS guidelines
  • You will work independently while remaining supported by a collaborative internal care team.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 3 years of nursing experience in Australia (essential)
  • Experience in community care disability NDIS or aged care (highly desirable)
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Current WA drivers licence and reliable vehicle (travel allowance)
  • First Aid CPR National Police Clearance COVID-19 vaccination status and NDIS workers screening and infection control
  • Full working rights in Australia (no students or recent graduates)
