Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a bilingual in Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a hybrid role in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx NY. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers the flexibility of working primarily remotely with one day on-site per week.

Qualifications:
- Education:Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required).Must have active Medicaid and Medicare
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Language: Must be fluent in Spanish (Required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychosocial assessments diagnosis evidence-based therapeutic interventions and electronic health records.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic culturally competent excellent communication skills strong boundaries and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual group and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Develop implement and monitor treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers within the multi-specialty practice.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
