LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER MA Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC) will work with the facilities maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure the efficient operation of the buildings mechanical systems. Responsible for operating troubleshooting maintaining and managing the computerized building management system and associated subsystems.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Graduate of a technical or trade school; a minimum of five years of experience within the past ten years carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance; ability to read blueprints control sequences and have a clear understanding of codes and regulations; supervisory experience with mechanical contractors; familiarity with building management systems in a facility of similar size and scope and with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and associated software programs; and familiarity with information technologies as they relate to data center operations including networking cabling and equipment best practices.

A willingness to participate in an on-call program sharing responsibilities including days evenings and nights as well as weekends and holidays.
