Registered Nurse MS/Tele (Travel Assignment)
Shift: Nights 412-hour (19:0007:00) /Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Orientation: 16 Hours
Location: Rochester NY

Position Overview
Seeking experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurses for night-shift travel assignments. The RNs will provide high-quality patient care in a cardiac-focused MS/Tele unit and float within their skillset when needed.
Scheduling & Charting
Shifts: Nights 412-hour &Night 3x12-Hour
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Charting: EPIC required
RTO: All time-off requests must be included at submission
Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract without penalty
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Licensure & Certifications
Active NY RN license required (no pending licenses; NY is not compact)
Required Certs:
BLS
ACLS
Required Clinical Skills
IV therapy & phlebotomy
Blood product administration
Peripheral line care/management
Cardiac monitoring & emergency response
Dysrhythmia interpretation & management
Rapid response/code team experience
Nasal cannula & non-invasive airway management
Oxygen administration & tank management
Isolation precautions
Wound care/Wound VAC
Proven MS/Tele experience
Unit Information & Floating
Ratios:
MS/Tele: 1:5
MedSurg: 1:7
Unit Size: 26 beds
Patient Types:
Post-PCI
Pacemakers
AICDs
Post-MI
Cardiac pharmacologic interventions
Floating: Required within scope and skillset
Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
COVID-19 Vaccine:Not Required (per facility guidelines)
