We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and support within our clients production environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator highly organized and committed to driving team performance while maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $45000$50000 annually

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and support within our clients production environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator highly organized and committed to driving team performance while maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure workflow quality and productivity goals are consistently met
- Provide coaching training and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize computer systems for reporting scheduling and communication
- Assist with scheduling resource planning and problem-solving on the production floor
- Support operations on Saturdays as needed (not every weekend)
- 35 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Experience working with electronics or electronic components
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency including the ability to learn and use multiple systems
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $45000$50000 annually
