• Conduct tailored consultations on wireless entertainment and smart home services
• Manage client relationships through inbound/outbound communication from our Houston office
• Provide accurate helpful product and service information to support customer decision-making
• Process new service requests and updates in a timely efficient manner
• Log client interactions feedback and daily progress in internal tracking systems
• Stay current with AT&T offerings product features and service plans

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to our Birmingham AL office
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills
