Job Summary
We are looking for a polished and motivated Account Representative to join our team in this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients supporting their needs guiding them through processes and ensuring a high-quality experience. This position requires strong communication abilities organization and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to support client accounts and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts ensuring timely and professional communication.
Understand client needs and provide accurate guidance support and solutions.
Maintain detailed records updates and documentation related to client interactions.
Assist with onboarding follow-ups and account maintenance activities.
