As a future member of the team based in Kraków you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for clients to meet business and customer requirements

You are the ideal candidate if

  • You speak English fluently (min. B2 level)
  • You have proven experience of working at Service Desk:IT support customer support helpdesk
  • You have excellent proven customer service skills
  • You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
  • You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
  • You have the ability to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy teamwork
