Description
As a Business Intelligence Analyst atctrl QS you take an impactful role in our company: turning data findings into actionable business recommendations. Your work will range from ensuring data accuracy and reliability to developing dashboards and forecasting trends. With an ERP system implementation ahead you will help establish processes that make data accessible.
We are looking for somebody who is motivated to push our organization to the next level through data insights challenging current processes and utilizing the BI and AI tools. You will be reporting directly to Head of Finance and be part of the Business operations team.

What youll do
Data Operations
- Collectprepareandintegrate data from multiple sources ensuringaccuracy and consistency.
- Maintain data quality and monitor KPIs alerting stakeholders of deviations.
- Analyze large datasets toidentifytrendsandactionableinsights.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support businessobjectives.
- Forecast future trends using historical datastatisticalmethodsand market benchmarks.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- AutomatereportingprocessesandleverageAItoolstoreducemanualeffort.
- Act asthe first point of contact for data-related questions.
- Promote data literacy across business units through clear documentation and communication.
- Collaborate withallbusiness units to understand information needstranslatedatafindingsintoactionablerecommendations.
- Support ERP system setup and improvement from a BI perspective.
- Design and implement BI solutionsaligned with company strategy.
- Stay ahead of BIand AItrends and bringfresh ideas tooptimizeprocesses.
What you can offer

- Strong proficiencyinPower Query and Excel.
- Hands-on experience withBI tools(Power BI/Tableau/Looker etc. - we dont require specific tool) andERP systemintegration.

- Clearandconfidentcommunicationskillsin English.
- You haveconsulting mindset experiencechallenging stakeholdersand supporting their decision making with data.
