Job Summary

  • Conduct compelling product demos to prospective clients showcase features benefits and ROI
  • Close sales by converting leads into paying clients through persuasive communication
  • Manage client interactions via online meetings and in-person face-to-face meetings
  • Proactively source new leads using LinkedIn cold outreach networking and other channels
  • Build and nurture a pipeline from zero act as a hunter not just a nurturer
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies

Qualifications :

  • Currently working in business development sales or client acquisition roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or BD.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong communicator with confidence to present negotiate and close.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley for client meetings (mix of virtual & in-person engagements).
