Job Summary
A vacancy has arisen for a Sergeant OR6 Intelligence to serve as RAFIC-R SNCO Instructor at Chicksands on FTRS (LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 10 April 2026.
Delivering training to Phase 2 PTVR trainees to enable them to reach the Role Performance Standard (RPS) and delivery of training in accordance with the current Business Management System (BMS) Part 2.
Conducting assessments of trainees to verify compliance with the RPS.
Supporting training delivery through relevant managerial/administrative duties in line with AIW Role Terms of Reference.
Ensuring compliance with obligations toward supervision and welfare of Phase 2 trainees in accordance with the DITG Supervisory Care Directive.
Supporting Dev/Stds Flt with the management of lesson plans and Learning Specifications for the OpAIC(R) to include any pertinent instructional aids whilst ensuring DSAT compliance.
Supporting other training output of AIW as directed by OC AIW.
