- Design launch and scale innovative paid media campaigns that tell the Flink story and attract new users across Germany and the Netherlands.
- Dive deep into campaign data to uncover actionable insights identify trends and make data-backed decisions to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (like Brand Creative and Data Science) to ensure a cohesive and high-impact marketing strategy.
- Stay ahead of the curve by testing new channels exploring emerging trends and continuously learning in the fast-paced world of performance marketing.
Qualifications :
- A proactive curious and results-oriented mindset. Youre not afraid to ask questions test new ideas and take ownership.
- A strong analytical and quantitative skill set. You are highly comfortable working with numbers spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and performance data to find the why behind the what.
- Some initial ideally 1 to 3 years in a data-centric role. This could be in performance marketing business analytics consulting or a similar field. Direct paid media experience is a plus but your analytical horsepower is what we value most.
- An exceptional ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced operationally profitable and high growth environment like ours.
