Gerente Senior de Projetos de Construção Data Center, Fortaleza

A Turner & Townsend está procurando um profissional altamente experiente para integrar nossa equipe de Real Estate.

Esta função envolve liderar projetos complexos e de grande escala em engenharia e construção que entregam valor de longo prazo ao setor público. Você colaborará com clientes de alto nível e contribuirá para desenvolvimentos estratégicos e de grande visibilidade em toda a região.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Desenvolver e executar estratégias de projeto orçamentos e planos de entrega.
• Estabelecer e manter sistemas e estruturas de governança do projeto.
• Monitorar o desempenho do projeto e reportar o progresso às partes interessadas.
• Identificar e gerenciar riscos e problemas ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto.
• Preparar e entregar materiais de comunicação claros e profissionais em inglês.
• Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares incluindo clientes empreiteiros e projetistas.
• Conduzir reuniões documentar resultados e garantir ações de acompanhamento.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento de negócios por meio de apresentações a clientes e relatórios internos.

Qualifications :

• Graduação em Engenharia
• Habilidades avançadas/fluente de comunicação em inglês obrigatorias (escrita e verbal).
• Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de construção e equipes.
• Forte liderança pensamento estratégico e gestão de stakeholders.
• Disponibilidade para viajar dentro do Brasil conforme necessário.
