Job Summary
La Posada Hotel Zaragoza Bar & Grill Tack Room Steakhouse is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences. This role ensures guests are served promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Where You Can Make an Impact:
- Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
- Ensure tables are clean organized and properly set.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures.
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
