In this role you will:

  • Log the documents in Dispute Management System;

  • Send request for the missing documents of open deductions;

  • Process subsequent credit/debit notes based on the indications from the approver;

  • Investigate price claims and send them for approval;

  • Process accurate set up and change of pricing and rebates in SAP to prevent queries;

  • Participate in various pricing activities;

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other OtC teams as well as Sales Team and other stakeholders;

  • Identify track and escalate issues in timeliness and accuracy of the above in a proactive manner and recognizing opportunities for improvements with the ambition of identifying and preventing inaccurate invoices before they are sent to the customer;

  • Understand and fulfil all regulations of the internal policies of the company

  • Update the working procedures periodically;

  • Train other team members regarding the daily tasks

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

  • Experience in Order To Cash area especially connected withdispute management cash applicationsales support order management customer service data analysis or similar would be an asset

  • Ability to interpret financial data and analytical mindset

  • Excellent time managements skills sense of urgency agility & the ability to priorities tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and timelines.

  • Very good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with various teams with proactive can do attitude

  • Fluent in English & French (B2/C1 level required) written and spoken

  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office; exposure to systems like SAP is a bonus.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Interest in continuous improvement and openness to testing new tools and processes.

  • Enthusiasm strong resilience and adaptability in highpressure transformational environments
