Job Summary
Tenacre Country Day School is embarking on an exciting new chapter creating a dedicated Director of Summer and Auxiliary Programs role to guide the growth and expansion of year-round offerings beyond the traditional school calendar. This is a rare opportunity for a creative entrepreneurial and operationally capable leader to design and steward a portfolio that includes summer programs after-school and before-school programs Saturday programs and facility directly to the Head of School the Director will help shape Tenacres evolution into a vibrant family-centered year-round doing so they will also build deeper connections among students families and the broader Wellesley community while generating mission-aligned non-tuition revenue to support school priorities.
