Strong knowledge of ERP systems particularly in Finance with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Procurement. A foundational understanding of finance is essential.
ERP experience is preferred.
Act as an individual contributor collaborating with peers customers delivery teams development teams and quality assurance teams to execute the product roadmap.
Stay updated on new developments in the domain and ensure that relevant advancements are incorporated into the roadmap.
Actively participate in the development of business concepts and design reviews.
Drive and propose solutions that enhance user experience in alignment with emerging market trends.
Provide practical solutions and guidance to address issues and queries from various stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
2. Experience
Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role (typically 1-5 years).
Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics).
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
3. Technical Skills
Proficiency in using ERP software and understanding of its core modules (finance HR inventory procurement etc.).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Database knowledge (e.g. SQL) for issue diagnosis.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms is increasingly important.
