What Youll Do:
- Prepare analyze and report the monthly bottom-up forecast and weekly analysis of the statistical forecast tool
- Lead a sales operation job by communicating with Sales team
- Lead end-to-end forecasting processes including preparing rolling forecasts analyzing trends and facilitating consensus meetings to drive informed decisions
- Ensure complete accuracy and timely updates of product and order data across all company systems
- Collect and interpret sales forecasts and market data to maintain clear actionable reports that enhance business planning and visibility
- Perform weekly data analysis for improved business planning
- Manage order processes including Stock list management system management online orders backorders pricing controls and customer controls ensuring smooth and accurate operation
- Maintain the seasonality curve and the forecast reports for visibility accuracy
- Report management & data analysis
What You Must Have:
- College/University degree
- 0-3 years experience in any of the above R&R or sales-related environment
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical and proactive behavior
- Good knowledge of Excel and basicstatistical knowledge
- Familiar with cross-functional working environment
- Professional coordination skills assertive communication skills
- Great team worker for cooperation with other departments
