What Youll Do:

Prepare analyze and report the monthly bottom-up forecast and weekly analysis of the statistical forecast tool
Support sales operation job by communicating with Sales team
End-to-end forecasting processes including preparing rolling forecasts analyzing trends and facilitating consensus meetings to drive informed decisions
Ensure complete accuracy and timely updates of product and order data across all company systems
Collect sales forecasts and market data to maintain clear actionable reports that enhance business planning and visibility
Perform weekly data analysis for improved business planning
Order management tasks (stock list updates online orders pricing checks)
Maintain the seasonality curve and the forecast reports for visibility accuracy
Provide general administrative and reporting support

What You Must Have:

College/University degree
Recent graduate or up to 2 year of experience in a business or analytical role
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Strong interest in sales operations and data analysis
Logical and proactive behavior
Good knowledge of Excel and basicstatistical knowledge
Assertive communication skills
Great team worker for cooperation with other departments
