We are excited to be working with a trendy and contemporary Japanese restaurant in Cheltenham known for its vibrant atmosphere and interactive dining experience. They are now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering high-quality authentic dishes.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie

33000 per annum plus 5000 service charge
Working in a busy restaurant with a strong local following
A varied menu focused on Japanese BBQ hot pot and shareable plates
Supportive kitchen environment with opportunities to learn and develop

Responsibilities as Chef De Partie

Running your own section during service ensuring consistency and attention to detail
Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Working closely with senior chefs during busy services
Maintaining excellent standards of food safety hygiene and cleanliness
Contributing positively to team culture and service flow

Youll be a great fit if you:

Have experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie in a quality restaurant
Work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy service-focused kitchens
Take pride in your prep organisation and presentation
Are reliable hardworking and keen to develop your skills
Have a genuine passion for great food and teamwork
