Purpose: Responsible for leading strategy and commercialization efforts for neuroscience brands in Taiwan within Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine franchise. This includes end-to-end product ownership from market analysis through execution ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning: Define and implement brand strategies marketing initiatives and positioning for neuroscience products.
Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct market assessments and competitor reviews to highlight growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Affairs Sales Market Access Regulatory and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with KOLs academia and industry experts to strengthen product positioning.
