About the Role
WQED Multimedia seeks a full-time Executive Producer to expand and elevate our Voice of the Arts franchise. This senior creative leader will guide WQEDs arts and culture storytelling across radio podcasts video social media and televisionamplifying the diverse voices performances and creative energy that define southwestern Pennsylvania.
Reporting to the Vice President of Programming & Distribution the Executive Producer will shape and execute a cross-platform strategy that strengthens WQEDs position as the regions premier arts storyteller. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with editorial rigor production experience and a collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and partners alike.

This hybrid role requires a collaborative in-person presence at least three days per week at WQEDs studios in Pittsburghs Oakland neighborhood.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation band for this full-time position is $75000$90000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include a PPO health insurance plan; employer-paid dental vision disability and life insurance; and after 12 months a 5% employer contribution to a 403(b) retirement plan.
