Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Pay: $19-20 / hour
Job Location: 12 Latti Farm Road Millbury MA
Expected Hours: 40 hours / week Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
Daily care of cannabis plants including watering pruning and trimming
Inspecting the plants
Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading harvesting and sanitizing
Reloading flower rooms milling and destruction of cannabis waste
Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery
Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines
Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks
Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials
Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying curing destemming and trimming
Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures
Job Requirements and Preferences
Must be 21 or older
At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment is preferred
Experience in a hands-on fast paced environment
Highly motivated self-directed innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement common sense and resourcefulness
Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to move carry and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
Professional and respectful attitude towards others
High school diploma or equivalent
