This position is for an entry-level Integrated Product Support professional with a focus on Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS). The applicant must have the willingness to learn and advance within the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.

This is an onsite position that can sit at one of the following locations: Cedar Rapids IA or Richardson TX.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Uses a variety of computer software programs to accurately collect obsolescence data.

• Determines the lifecycle status of Collins Parts.

• Determines the available inventory within Collins and external sources.

• Gathers part usage data and determines part run out date and provides alternate solutions.

• Creates DMSMS reports to meet customer contract requirements.

• Creates and modifies source data into an organized document for further analysis.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.

• Maintains a high-level of organization and prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Takes direction from multiple leads.

• Communicates with peers and internal and external customers to drive results.

• Executes tasks within the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support with oversight and mentoring.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.

• Gains understanding of Collins Management System (CMS)

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

• Prior experience using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite/O365 collaboration tools.

• Experience in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).

• Knowledge of the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
