Job Summary

With a strong global presence and teams supporting international digital platforms our client delivers operational and compliance services across multiple markets. The Legal Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that online content and legal requests are handled accurately consistently and in line with established legal frameworks.

We are currently looking for a Video Content Analyst to join a project supporting a video streaming platform in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities:

Review and analyse content published on an online platform primarily textual reviews as well as other formats such as images or websites
Apply client-provided legal guidelines and internal policies when reviewing content and requests
Process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims defamation fraud and falsification
Evaluate the validity and eligibility of each request for further processing
Ensure compliance with quality standards turnaround times and internal procedures
Stay up to date with policies guidelines and operational updates

What you can expect:

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Working hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Project: Video Streaming Platform
Start date: 5 January

What will make you successful in the role:

German language proficiency at B2 level or above
English language proficiency at B2 level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new processes concepts and guidelines
Strong organisational and time management skills
EU passport or valid residence card

Compensation & benefits:

Yearly gross salary: 15260
Yearly language bonus: 3240
Yearly target bonus: 5% of the annual gross salary
Transportation bonus: 720 per year
Daily meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card)
Relocation support included (bonus available for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon or Portugal)
