Ensure timely closure of positions with high-quality candidates.

Monitor KPIs and improve sourcing effectiveness using data and technology.
Stay updated on labor market trends and salary benchmarks.

Improve candidate experience and diversify sourcing channels.

Utilize ATS AI tools assessments and digital recruitment platforms.
Integrate recruitment tools into People-is process flow.

Build partnerships to access specialized talent pools.

Promote data-driven hiring decisions.
Manage recruitment services within defined SLAs.
- Ensure accurate documentation high offer acceptance rates and audit compliance.
Enhance hiring manager satisfaction through efficient processes.
Education & Experience:
- Masters in Business Administration
- More than 10 Years of relevant experience
