We are seeking a Deputy Manager of Accounts who will lead full-cycle accounting operations including daily bookkeeping cost accounting for masterbatch production payroll reconciliations tax filings and audit coordination. The role ensures accurate financial reporting strong compliance and effective ERP utilization for manufacturing operations.

Job Description:

Lead full-cycle accounting operations including daily bookkeeping journal entries ledgers and financial record maintenance.
Handle cost accounting for manufacturing/masterbatch processes covering raw material consumption yield analysis production costing and variance reporting.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports cash flow statements cost summaries and monthly financial performance data for management.
Manage payroll processing attendance verification statutory deductions and salary reconciliations.
Perform vendor customer and inter-company reconciliations and ensure accurate accounting of receivables and payables.
Oversee statutory tax filings such as Sales Tax GST Income Tax and TDS and ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing schedules documentation and responding to auditor queries.
Provide financial analysis to support budgeting costing pricing decisions and operational efficiency improvements.
Manage ERP system operations ensure correct data flow troubleshoot issues optimize modules and drive full functional utilization across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

ACCA/CA Inter with complete articles.
3-5 years in manufacturing accounting (accounts costing sales tax payroll audit ERP management).
Strong analytical reconciliation and compliance skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing cost structures.
