Job Summary

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to take your career abroad and work with one of the worlds leading travel and accommodation platforms We are seeking Customer Support Guides (CSG) to join a large international team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat
Assist with bookings modifications cancellations and general platform navigation
Provide customer-focused clear and solution-oriented communication
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Follow internal processes KPIs and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys
Contribute ideas for improving the customer support process

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
Strong English skills for training and internal communication
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-first mindset with a calm and positive attitude
Ability to adapt to new tools and fast-paced environments
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
