Position Role: RLC Master Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of food services within the Unit assisting in the management of the unit catering function in an operational
and non operational environment.
2. To Manage the units Operational Field Catering System (OFCS) in accordance with the UECD.
3. Assist in the management and welfare of the units chefs ensuring they perform their duties correctly and are
suitably qualified (Incl MS 1RO responsibilities).
4. To compile and maintain the unit food accounts in accordance with current regulations.
5. To assist the QM Dept ensuring the unit are compliant with all LSA&I requirements.
6. Any other tasks as directed by QM/ PSAO.
7. Maintain core currency and complete all MATTs.
