Were hiring motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our on-site customer service team in Lisbon. This full-time opportunity comes with a relocation package included making your transition smooth and supported from day one.
In this role you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone email and chat in French
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Language Requirements
- French: C2
- English: B2
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week
