Job Summary

Are you a fluent German speaker looking to take your career abroad and develop professionally in an international environment We are seeking motivated Customer Success & Account Managers (CSAM) to join a dynamic sales-focused project based in Athens. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking client accounts
Build strong relationships through proactive communication and consultative support
Identify customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions
Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Track account performance and report key insights to management
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Stay up to date on product updates sales strategies and market trends

Requirements

Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in account management customer success or sales is a plus
Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
