Inbound Customer Support German in Athens
Location: Athens Greece
Start Date: 1 September
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexible)
Work Type: On-site
About the Role:
We are seeking an Inbound Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our team in Athens. You will handle incoming calls assist customers with their inquiries and provide a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat

- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Athens
