Description The Janitorial Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at assigned client locations. This role ensures high-quality cleaning services compliance with safety standards and excellent customer satisfaction. The Account Supervisor manages staff scheduling training and performance while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency.
Pay: $19.00/hour

Essential Functions- Supervise janitorial staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met.
- Respond promptly to client requests and resolve service issues effectively.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance work orders and inspections.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for assigned accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum RequirementsEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Minimum 23 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to stand walk and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
