Job Summary

The Partner Development Manager is responsible for overseeing one or multiple partners or a designated geographic region implementing a targeted strategy for partner solutions or customer segments. This role is focused on fostering engagement generating additional pipeline and revenue and promoting the partner-led business model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Position NetApp as the leader with Keystone STaaS solutions
  • Increase the velocity of existing pipeline
  • Focus on partner top initiatives drive to business-critical application cloud/aaS centric customer objectives and revenue
  • Manage specific solution areas and partnerships within a defined territory.
  • Implement the partners GTM plan aligned with the solution area.
  • Identify new buyers and grow the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate account team efforts and align with the partner-led model.
  • Advocate for partners and develop actionable strategies using account intelligence.
  • Plan the development of partner solutions that address customer needs utilizing Keystone
  • Engage in an opportunity selling cycle to close
  • Build and nurture a network of partner and NetApp field contacts
  • Drive revenue growth through driving a joint partner strategy.
  • Align NetApp partner sellers leaders and account teams in the territory.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 12years of experience driving partner management is required
  • A minimum of 8 Years of technology services sales experience is required
  • Solution and/or As A Service (Xaas) sales experience is preferred
  • Expertise in enterprise strategic sales methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interfacing skills at all organizational levels including executives within partner organizations.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills maintaining positive relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem including partner business models competitive landscape and trends.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NetApp solution area technologies and business models.
