The Communication and Public Relations Office is looking for a self-motivated dedicated and creative team player for the following position to manage and produce communicationsdesigncontent to support the Universitys internal/external communication initiatives during a 6-month maternity cover starting February 2026.
Multimedia Designer (Temporary 6-Month Maternity Leave Cover) ()
Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually compelling print and digitalcollaterals and animate artwork from concept to materials may include e-newsletters eDMs e-cardswebsite content presentations event backdrops and other multimedia items;
- Assist in the production of printed materials at corporate level such as corporate leaflets and brochures;
- Conduct photoshooting and editing forpromotionaluse;
- Assist in managing the70th anniversarywebsite andother e-platforms;and
- Coordinatewith team members to provide various support as required to achieve the overall mission of the University.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Art / Web / Graphic Design / Creative Multimedia orother related discipline;
- At least5 years of post-qualification work experience in multimedia design development and graphic design;
- Well versedintools such asAdobe Photoshop IllustratorInDesign HTML and CSS; and preferably with good knowledge inPremiere Pro andAfter Effects;
- Proficient in photography and image editing;
- A passionate and dynamic individual who possesses a strong aesthetic sense and creativity with attention to details; a self-starter withthe ability to work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; and
- A team player with good communication and project management skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
