Job Summary
- Support the Officer Commanding and QMSI in analysing the annual individual and collective training requirement for the sub-unit.
- Support the planning coordination and execution of other Tp training events and activities (Remembrance Parades etc).
- Ensure standards in training are maintained employment training is conducted and tested IAW ReSTAT Training and Testing policy.
- 4. Conduct EOD&S Tp management duties as required utilise practitioner knowledge and expertise in the activity concerned.
- Ensure safety standards in training are maintained.
- Maintain Tp training records.
- Support the Officer Commanding / Ops cell in Mobilisation training issues. Plan coordinate and execute Mobilisation training as required.
- Be prepared to work outside of normal working hours in support of Tp training inspections emergency contact procedures and any other request for the good and benefit of the Sqn.
9. Liaison with Chain of Command ensuring all tasks are prioritised to include notification of works locations.
