Our Access Aged Care team are providing co-managed primary care services to residents in Aged Care facilities throughout Australia.
The Role
We are seeking Geriatricians to provide regular telehealth services to residential aged care facilities. You will be supported by a dedicated nurse at the patient end with our team managing all scheduling coordination and administrative requirements on your behalf.
We are looking for Geriatricians who can commit to a minimum of 3 hours per week and are seeking flexible well-supported work. The role reflects the nature of a hospital ward roundconducted virtually- and involves writing progress notes managing acute presentations and supporting residents through your scheduled virtual rounds. All software training and ongoing support are provided.
