HR Driver / Material Support Mulgrave to Dandenong

Synergie is seeking an HR Driver / Material Support Operator for a specialised industrial equipment provider located in the Mulgrave area servicing local sites across Dandenong and surrounds.

Important parts

Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am4:30pm (standard day shift and dependent on workload)
Pay rate: $42.50 p/h casual rate Super
Start date: ASAP or 5th Jan 2026

What you will be required to do

Complete local HR deliveries pick-ups and transport of materials tools and equipment
Safely load secure and unload items to prevent damage
Manual handling and lifting of up to 15kg
Maintain workshop yard and storage areas in a clean and organised state
Receive and check deliveries manage stock levels and monitor inventory
Support basic equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks

To be successful in the role you will

Hold a valid HR licence (required)
Have a forklift licence (highly regarded)
Have strong computer skills including basic CRM or Excel usage
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Have reliable transport and a commitment to safe work practices
