Job Summary

Introduction

We at Shimano are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy for the Nordic region within the Bike division. This role is central to driving brand visibility engagement and growth through innovative digital initiatives. You will manage all digital platforms dealer portals and paid media campaigns ensuring strategic alignment with European-level marketing plans while tailoring them effectively for local markets.

As part of a collaborative and dynamic team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience and strengthen our market position.

The Challenge

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing plans for the Nordic region.
  • Manage digital platforms and online advertising.

  • Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with key partners ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Content Management

  • Ensure frequent high-quality and engaging content is created and published across all digital channels.
  • Oversee localization of content to ensure relevance and availability in all required languages.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with digital marketing colleagues across Europe to align strategies share best practices and leverage opportunities.
  • Translate European-level digital marketing plans into actionable local initiatives.

  • Work closely with rest of the marketing and brand team in Nordic to ensure aligned strategies and executions.

Market Monitoring & Innovation

  • Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on digital marketing KPIs at all levels including day-to-day performance and campaign-specific results.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization taking remedial action where necessary.

Budget Management

  • Formulate and manage digital marketing budgets within your area of responsibility.

What are we looking for

  • 2-3 years professional experience in a similar position (digital social media experience in advertising isamust)

  • Solid experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.gIn-Design Illustrator and Photoshop).Expertisein video editing and animation is a big plus.

  • Experience in running advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as META or Google.

  • You are a solutionfocusedself-starter witha high levelof attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage and handle data.

  • Highly organizedindependentand willing to challenge yourself.

  • The ability to plan coordinate and juggle projects calmly and optimistically often working to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills in English other Nordic languages are plus.

  • Tons of energy andgreatteamspirit area must!

  • Passion or knowledge of cycling / sports market isplus.
