| Job Description: | Perform flow cytometry processing from human blood then collect data for these experiments on flow cytometry instrumentation Follow established workflows to manage data transfer data storage and data analysis on flow cytometry software such as FlowJo Assist with the optimization of SOPs for flow cytometry experiments. Perform QA/QC cleanup and maintenance on flow cytometry instruments to maintain optimal and consistent operational capacity. Perform lab maintenance and cleanliness in all areas where work is performed and comply with all EH&S laboratory safety and chemical hygiene protocols and principles. Additional duties as assigned by the Immune Screening Core manager and UFDI leadership |
| Expected Salary: | Salary range is between $ 20.00 - $22.00 per hour |
