Job Summary

Operations Director

Location: Chick-fil-A Liberty

Compensation: $28 per hour (starting wage based on experience and availability)

Schedule: 40 hours per week with flexible schedule that includes required availability on Saturdays early mornings and late evenings if required depending on assignment and seasonal business peaks. Sundays are always off.

About the Role

As an Operations Director you will work closely with our Executive Director and other Directors to ensure our restaurant runs with excellence across food quality speed accuracy cleanliness culture and hospitality. You will take full ownership of key operational metrics including Sales Forecasting Labor Food Cost Inventory Food Safety and Food Quality.

This is a high-impact leadership position designed for someone who:

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in every aspect of execution.
Own forecasting labor planning productivity management and operational strategy.
Manage food cost through waste monitoring portion accuracy and disciplined execution.
Oversee inventory accuracy ordering and product quality.
Drive food safety and food quality standards with passion and consistency.
Lead Operations Coordinators providing coaching accountability and communication.
Build and reinforce a culture of care excellence integrity and teamwork.
Support sales growth operational success and long-term business health.
