Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell new and used boats wake boats pontoons and yachts
- Deliver a refined professional customer experience in a luxury retail setting
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with an upscale clientele
- Manage leads follow-up activities and the complete sales process
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge across brands and categories
- Ensure inventory presentation aligns with our high dealership standards
- Participate in boat shows private client events and on-water demos
- Uphold professional appearance and communication at all times
What Were Looking For
- Experience in boat RV yacht automotive or luxury retail sales preferred
- Strong closing skills and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to connect with high-net-worth clients with professionalism and poise
- Familiarity with LightSpeed / LightSpeedEVO is helpful
- Motivated disciplined and committed to exceptional service
- Prior experience with marine or recreational products is highly valued and will elevate your candidacy.
Schedule
- MondayFriday: 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.
A weekday off is provided when scheduled for a Saturday shift.
