AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager that will be the individual contributor to sourcing new Agency clients to join our team and drive success in influencer marketing campaigns.
What Youll Do
- Be the individual contributor to source and maintain relationship with new Agency clients
- In charge to be PIC of advertising or digital agency clients
- Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns
- Connect with clients to fully understand clients expectation and lead team to execute and achieve optimal business results
- Understanding each project requirements and execute for optimal business results
- Liaise with relevant department to acquire supports for growing clients business and fulfil contract compliances
- Monitor campaign performance look out for potential problems work on solution to prevent and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekend)
- Consolidate reports and customized accordingly to clients requirement with key findings and meaningful recommendations
- Acquiring relevant data and insights for evaluating accounts performance and setting digital marketing direction
- Coordinate with 3rd parties to fulfil contract compliance
- Able to upsell once understand clients expectation and see business area to grow up; Conduct in-depth analysis of clients current business landscape competitive environment and marketing maturity to define strategic growth opportunities.
- Oversee the renewal and expansion of client contracts ensuring all commercial agreements are clearly defined and profitable for the agency./li>
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a business development or account management role within a global digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing digital strategy and advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Solo New Agency Hunting: Full responsibility to find and close new agency clients to hit sales targets individually.
- Challenging New Agency Trust: High skill required to penetrate and secure business from agencies not yet partnered with us.
- Urgent Campaign Issues (Including Weekends): Must constantly monitor campaign performance and be ready to resolve unexpected problems often outside of normal hours.
- Heavy Coordination Load: Requires working smoothly with multiple internal teams and managing external partners effectively.
- Must Consult and Upsell: Beyond acquiring new clients you must analyze and identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts.
