We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Integration Center SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role involves designing building and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. The candidate should be adept at data mapping API management and troubleshooting interface issues.

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with 47 years of integration experience in SuccessFactors environments. Certification in SAP CPI or BTP is an advantage.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI Integration Center and APIs.
Work with EC RCM LMS and Payroll modules for end-to-end data flow.
Monitor and troubleshoot data transfers and interface errors.
Develop mapping documents data transformations and connection logic.
Collaborate with functional consultants for business requirement translation.

Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP CPI / BTP and Integration Center.

Understanding of SF APIs (OData SOAP).

Good knowledge of EC data model and business objects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Middleware IDOCs or Custom APIs.
Exposure to Workday or SAP HCM integrations.
