What Youll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience working within a nursing home setting.
- Strong medication management skills with a confident safe approach.
- Ability to lead a team during night shifts.
- Experience supporting residents with varying clinical and dementia needs.
- Confidence managing night-time clinical decisions.
What Youll Do
- Deliver safe person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
- Lead the night team to maintain a calm reassuring environment for residents.
- Administer manage and audit medications with confidence and accuracy.
- Monitor residents clinical needs and respond quickly and effectively to any changes.
- Keep detailed accurate care and medication records.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents with dignity and respect.
