What Youll Need

Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
Experience working within a nursing home setting.
Strong medication management skills with a confident safe approach.
Ability to lead a team during night shifts.

Experience supporting residents with varying clinical and dementia needs.
Confidence managing night-time clinical decisions.

What Youll Do

Deliver safe person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
Lead the night team to maintain a calm reassuring environment for residents.
Administer manage and audit medications with confidence and accuracy.
Monitor residents clinical needs and respond quickly and effectively to any changes.
Keep detailed accurate care and medication records.
Provide emotional and practical support to residents with dignity and respect.
